Pete helped us find our new house a few months ago. We were new to the area and needed someone with solid local expertise. We heard about him from a word of mouth source so we gave him a call. Pete is very responsive and upfront about the communities where he has expertise. We had some specific wants and others that were more flexible. He listened and focused on showing us properties that made sense. He was quick to point out pros and cons of each showing and has a good feel for potential pitfalls. When it came to making an offer he had a great grasp on comps and negotiation. Post acceptance he was on top of all the due diligence details, closing details and has a solid network of people to facilitate the process. Aside from the professionalism, he is also s good guy. Life is simply too short to work with people that aren’t! Thumbs up on Pete!
